8. MEMBERSHIP FEES

Membership fees are payable annually by cheque, cash or credit card/debit card via the Women in Business web site. Renewal notices will be send out approximately one month before the renewal is due and payment must be received the renewal date in order for the membership to continue. If payment is not received within 14 days of the renewal date the membership will cease. In the event that a member wants to terminate their membership, whatever the reason, the fees are not refundable. In the unlikely case of membership being terminated by Women in Business (N.I.) Limited for whatever reason the fees are not refundable.

9. Online Forum

Members must be respectful and encouraging in their communications with one another and refrain from foul language or name calling
Feel free to use language or post pictures that will be suitable for young children to view
The forum is not to be used for outside links
This forum is your forum and we do not wish to micro-manage you
Annonymous posts will be deleted

We will delete any messages or pictures that we feel are not suitable for viewing on our website. Please email us if there is any confusion on what would be acceptable. We are happy to help.

Members will be automatically subscribed to receive new forum post notification emails.

10. TERMINATION

Women in Business (N.I.) Limited may in a sole discretion, terminate your use of the web service and remove, archive or discard any content of Women in Business (N.I.) Limited believes there has been a violation or an act inconsistent with the terms and conditions. Such termination may be carried out without notice and Women in Business (N.I.) Limited shall not be made liable to a member or any third party for any termination of such access to the service.

11. JURISDICTION

The jurisdiction applicable to any dispute shall be the Northern Irish Jurisdiction and the applicable law will be Northern Ireland Law.

12. GENERAL

Women in Business (N.I.) Limited cannot be held responsible for any business or personal issues, meetings or contracts entered into members or visitors. These terms and conditions constitute the entire Agreement.
